1. Digital Product Nature
All of our products—including courses, tools, and digital books—are digital in nature. Once accessed or downloaded, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. We recommend reviewing course previews, feature lists, and free tools before purchasing.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:
- If you purchased a course or subscription by mistake and haven't accessed the content.
- If there is a technical error that prevents access and cannot be resolved within 3 business days.
- If content or features were misrepresented at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Exemptions

- You completed a substantial portion of the course or used downloadable material.
- You are requesting a refund beyond 7 days of purchase.
- Subscription renewals where cancellation was not made in advance.
- Refunds based on disagreement with content format or delivery after access.
